Customer Support Agent

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through chat and email, handling inquiries and providing top-tier support.
Manage incoming calls from our credit card and savings account customers.Support tasks related to credit card services when needed.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments and markets, including Sweden.
Assist with day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with Norwegian as your primary language.
Comfortable using phones and computers as your main tools.A positive and approachable attitude, committed to contributing to a supportive and friendly work environment.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred, especially within retail or related fields.
A genuine interest in helping people and addressing their needs.
Fluent Norwegian language skills.
