Digital Growth Specialist

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to support our digital growth initiatives and conversion optimization efforts, while developing, managing, and optimizing communication strategies and campaigns across multiple European markets.
The role focuses on optimizing the acquisition and onboarding funnel, from first customer touchpoint through to first card usage.
This position sits between Performance Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and Content & Customer Journey Management, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple digital disciplines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities
Own and optimize digital marketing and customer acquisition activities across multiple performance channels
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize data-driven campaigns with a focus on growth, conversion, and user activation
Analyze key funnel, performance, and customer behavior metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Drive conversion rate optimization across the customer journey, including landing pages, CRO initiatives, and A/B testing
Support the implementation and continuous development of tracking, analytics, and marketing setups using tools such as GA4 and GTM
Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple European markets
Develop and optimize campaign assets, messaging, and digital content to improve marketing performance
Contribute to the ongoing development of digital platforms and content structures to enhance user experience
Collaborate closely with international teams to deliver strategic growth and digital initiatives
Identify new growth opportunities, technologies, and digital marketing trends to continuously evolve the marketing strategy
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Digital Business, or Business Administration
Approximately 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Customer Journey / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing, with a strong focus on optimizing conversion-driven customer journeys
Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or analytics tools is a strong advantage
Familiarity with GA4, GTM, SEO, CRO, or design tools is desirable
Strong structured working style with full ownership mindset, able to drive projects independently from idea to execution
Strong experience working with data, KPIs, and performance analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) are required, as creating and optimizing customer-facing communication in German is a core part of the role
Very good English skills are also required
