(Junior) Online Sales Specialist
TF Bank is a fast-growing digital bank and a pan-European card and payment platform, developing simple and flexible payment and financing solutions through a proprietary IT infrastructure with a high degree of automation. The Bank is seeking a (Junior) Online Sales Specialist to drive growth in our credit card markets (focus: Germany) through the acquisition and development of high-performing affiliate partnerships, full ownership of placements and projects, and data-driven optimization to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
You proactively drive the acquisition and onboarding from affiliates, build long-term partnerships, and actively contribute to our growth in the German market.
You manage and develop existing partnerships with a strong focus on optimization and revenue growth.
You independently plan and execute new placements and partnership initiatives.
You analyze and report partner performances and take a data-driven approach to reach out to publishers and implement optimization strategies.
You bring fresh ideas to the partner management, and you are eager to explore new marketing channels and innovative placement opportunities.
You feel confident leading sales negotiations and creating compelling commercial proposals.
You take full ownership of projects, driving them forward independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
You are a great fit for this role if you:
You hold a completed degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Sales, Management, or have completed training in Communications.
You bring first professional experience in performance marketing / online marketing, account management, and/or partner management.
Affiliate marketing is a familiar field for you.
You have preferably experience in planning, executing, and analyzing online placements.
You enjoy taking ownership and proactively driving projects forward in an independent manner.
You are fluent in German (business-level) and have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
