TF Avarda Group is expanding quickly in the Nordics and is now looking for solution-oriented and service-minded individuals to strengthen our Customer Service Team. We are seeking candidates who are fluent in Norwegian and are interested in full-time employment.

What does the role involve?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Perform administrative tasks related to customer cases
Actively work to improve customer experiences and ensure high service quality
Identify and suggest improvements to streamline workflows and processes
Support other departments and contribute to collaboration within the organization
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is:
Service-oriented with the ability to handle various customer situations professionally
Solution-focused, goal-driven, and unafraid to take on new challenges
A strong communicator with good verbal and written skills in Norwegian and English
Fluency in Norwegian is required
Experience in previous customer-facing roles is an advantage
Other qualifications:
Basic knowledge of e-commerce and finance
A genuine interest in learning new things and growing professionally
