Position Overview

A versatile team member focused on the expansion of TF Bank’s consumer lending business into new markets and products. This development and growth focused role encompasses a broad and diverse range of duties across most functions and aspects of consumer lending.

Your actual agenda and priorities in any given period will depend on the range and respective stages of various projects in the market and product expansion pipeline. The work plans and division of tasks will be dynamic and continuously adjusted in the course of the projects in tight co-operation with the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to research of consumer lending markets and products by gathering, analysing and summarizing a diverse range of information.
• Develop a broad range of elements of market and product development proposals such as product requirements, process flows, cost assessments, etc.
• Identify, assess and manage potential providers of key services, including business, operational and technological aspects of the co-operation.
• Collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders to ensure successful realization of projects.
• Tightly co-operate with IT development teams, define functional requirements, perform necessary testing and acceptance.
• Draft and present the required documentation, such as business proposals, research results, process descriptions and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Practical knowledge of consumer lending products and processes.
• High level understanding of key aspects of consumer lending, including sales and distribution channels, loan administration, risk and compliance.
• Technical literacy and ability to work confidently with IT systems and documentation.
• Systematic approach to work with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong collaborative, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-location environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English required; German or other European languages would be an advantage.
