Customer Support Specialist Italian & Spanish
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible to be in contact with our Italian and Spanish customers through all the available channels TF Bank has. This position is key to provide an excellent service to our customers, as well as to solve all potential doubts and being the first point of contact in case any complaint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and provide information about the status of the agreement, solve potential doubts and register any complaint.
- Escalate the topic in case technical error or if second line complaint handling is needed.
- Have the written cases updated and answer the assigned ones in dule manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Support is needed. Highly valued if it has been in a call center or back office of a financial institution or a bank.
- Knowledge about credit cards functionalities is preferable.
- Customer oriented, kind and with willingness to solve customers issues.
- Assertiveness is needed for complaint management.
- Independent and curious to learn new topics and find alternative solutions.
- Verbal and written skills to interact with wide variety of customer profiles.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and Italian is a must, both written and speaking.
