Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through chat and email, handling inquiries and providing top-tier support.
- Manage incoming calls from our credit card and savings account customers.
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with Norwegian as your primary language.
- Comfortable using phones and computers as your main tools.
- A positive and approachable attitude, committed to contributing to a supportive and friendly work environment.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred, especially within retail or related fields.
- A genuine interest in helping people and addressing their needs.
- Fluent Norwegian language skills.
