Join our Security & Governance team as an Information Security Specialist and play a crucial role in safeguarding our information and business by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.

You contribute to the overall security posture and our business by improving and implementing best practices, identifying vulnerabilities, and supporting our risk management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

As a Information Security Specialist, you will be instrumental in fortifying our security measures and bolstering our resilience against threats and attacks. Your duties will include:

• Improving the Information Security Management System by for example developing procedures and tools in collaboration with the security organization.
• Supporting the organization in classifying information and related assets
• Conducting risk assessments on systems, processes and third parties.
• Monitoring and following up on control effectiveness and mitigating measures
• Following up and improving the incident management process.
• Supporting the organizations efforts within security, risk, compliance and governance.
  

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of information security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in IT concepts, networks, and system architecture.
• Ability to create clear and concise security documentation, including instructions, guidelines, and incident reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to see the bigger picture and to understand the business needs.
• A solid understanding of IT concepts, networks, and system architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with teams and individuals from all over the organization.
