Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat and email to address inquiries and provide support.
- Handle incoming calls regarding various financial services, including loans, credit cards, and deposits.
- Assist with general office tasks to maintain efficient operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using telephones and computers as primary work tools.
