Junior Support Engineer - IT Helpdesk
We are currently seeking a dedicated Support Engineer to join our team, taking on the role of the first line of support for our digital workplace at TF Bank. This position involves managing the IT Helpdesk, addressing daily IT tasks, and supporting various digital workplace solutions such as orders, team rooms, and printer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for the IT Helpdesk, addressing daily IT tasks.
- Manage and support digital workplace solutions, including orders, team rooms, and printer solutions.
- Work with ticket systems to address user issues and requests.
- Handle flows, forms, automation, approval processes, and traceability.
- Manage orders and liaise with suppliers as needed.
- Troubleshoot IT-related problems and implement solutions.
- Perform patch management to ensure systems are up to date and secure.
- Implement and maintain IT security measures.
- Assist with client installations, Autopilot, Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory (AD).
- Facilitate communication related to IT issues.
- Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
- Manage changes of role within the IT system.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in IT support roles, with a focus on daily IT tasks.
- Familiarity with ticket systems for issue tracking and resolution.
- Proficient in working with flows, forms, automation, approval processes, and traceability.
- Experience in managing orders, suppliers, and troubleshooting IT issues.
- Knowledge of patch management and implementing IT security measures.
- Experience with client installations, Autopilot, Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory (AD).
- Strong communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Proven experience as a Support Engineer.
